3D printing, produces three-dimensional objects from digital designs. Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM). In FDM, an object is constructed by selectively depositing melted material such as plastics, liquids or powder grains in a pre-determined path that are layered and fused together. 

Our FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) style printers can print with PLA , ABS,  PETG, ASA and IGUS wear resistant filaments.


3D Printing

Due to its speed it enables rapid prototyping of both strong and lightweight parts. It is also a cost effective technology that minimises waste.  

 




CNC Machine Milling

Our CNC Milling, in house facility, houses the latest multi axis machinery and the latest Fusion 360 CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Manufacturing) technology. These apparatus, coupled with with our specialised experience in CNC Milling, enable the production of high quality products, to specification, all within short timeframes.

PLA: A thermoplastic made from renewable resources.

ABS: A member of the thermoplastic polymers family.

PETG:  A thermoplastic.

ASA: Known for high impact resistance, higher temperature resistance.
